Daily check-in texts (Mon–Fri)
If no reply by 1:00 PM, we contact Emergency Contact #1 (ideally with a spare key). If still no confirmation by 2:00 PM, we notify Contact #2. By 3:00 PM, if we still can't confirm well-being, we conduct an in-person home check (or a backup service if unavailable).

10-min Home Visit once a day
Brief daily home visits focused on safety checks, basic well-being observation, and connection, offered on a flexible number of days per week based on individual needs.

Daily Text + one 30 min Home Visit per week
Daily check-in texts provide ongoing reassurance, paired with one weekly 30-minute home visit to assess well-being, address concerns, and offer in-person support.

30-min Home Visit
30-min home visits (M–F) OR 30-min home visits combined with text check-ins, customizable from two in-person visits per week with texts on alternate days to more frequent combinations, with additional options available.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule the consultation. This deposit applies only to the consultation service and is credited toward the consultation total
- Consultation Required, All Well-Check services begin with a consultation so we can understand your loved one's needs, confirm service availability, and create the best plan for ongoing support.

- Payment Options: Bank Transfer, Cash, PayPal, & Venmo *all prices include 16% IVA
- Playa del Carmen and Cancun areas are subject to an additional mileage fee ($23.50 usd / $470 mx per home visit)

- Any screening or assessment does not take the place of advice and guidance from your medical doctor. And All health information is kept private and protected by the owner of Lifeline Amiga. Exceptions include permission given in the contract to share with your medical doctor or other medical doctors (and their healthcare team) in the event of an emergency.
